1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on betpk, you enter into a binding legal contract with betpk and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, rules, and policies set forth herein. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the betpk platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered players, and VIP members. betpk reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of betpk services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.2 Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and play on betpk. This age requirement is in strict compliance with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and Philippine gaming law. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted;
• You are not prohibited by law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gambling activities;
• You are registering the account in your own name and for your own use only;
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, complete, and current;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are not registering the account for another person.

betpk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of account balances. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits refunded.

1.3 Account Registration and Verification

To use betpk services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with betpk. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

betpk employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations and to protect against fraud. Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or Philippine National ID);
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);
• A selfie holding your ID document, taken on the same day as submission.

All documents must be clear, legible, and in color. betpk may request additional documents or information at its discretion. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from making withdrawals until satisfactory documentation is provided.

1.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

betpk does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of betpk services is lawful in your country, state, or territory of residence. betpk reserves the right to restrict or deny service to players from any jurisdiction at its discretion.

2. Account Security and Responsibilities

2.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betpk account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify betpk customer support immediately via live chat or email.

2.2 Account Activity Monitoring

betpk reserves the right to monitor all account activity to detect fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activities. We employ automated systems and manual reviews to identify irregular patterns. Accounts found to be engaging in suspicious or prohibited activity will be subject to investigation, temporary suspension, or permanent closure.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use your betpk account for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Using the account for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses;
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate gameplay;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in chip dumping, bonus hunting, or arbitrage betting;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the betpk platform;
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in chargeback fraud;
• Registering an account while residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code through the betpk platform;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening betpk staff or other players through chat, support channels, or any other means.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and possible legal action.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

betpk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100 PHP. Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your betpk account balance immediately upon confirmation. betpk does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds, account suspension, and possible KYC escalation.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. betpk processes most withdrawals to GCash and local bank accounts within 5 to 30 minutes during normal business hours. Withdrawals requested on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.

betpk reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawals or accounts flagged for review. Withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Standard accounts: ₱50,000 PHP per transaction, ₱200,000 PHP per day;
• VIP Silver: ₱100,000 PHP per transaction, ₱500,000 PHP per day;
• VIP Gold: ₱250,000 PHP per transaction, ₱1,000,000 PHP per day;
• VIP Platinum: Unlimited withdrawals, subject to manual review for amounts exceeding ₱2,000,000 PHP.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on betpk are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method that operates in a different currency, your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion fees. betpk is not responsible for any currency conversion fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or third-party transaction fees.

3.4 Inactive Account Fees

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered dormant. betpk reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of ₱200 PHP per month for dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified via email before dormant account fees are applied. To avoid dormant account fees, simply log in to your betpk account at least once every 12 months.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

betpk offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a ₱1,000 PHP bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must place ₱25,000 PHP in qualifying bets before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution;
• Table games (excluding live dealer): 10% contribution;
• Live dealer games: 10% contribution;
• Sports betting: Varies by odds (typically minimum 1.80 decimal odds).

betpk reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting systems, or placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.

4.2 Maximum Bet Limits While Bonus is Active

While an active bonus is in your account, you are subject to a maximum bet limit of ₱200 PHP per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Once wagering requirements are fully met and the bonus is converted to real money, maximum bet limits no longer apply.

4.3 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses and free spins expire 30 days after being credited to your account unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Any unused bonus funds or free spins remaining after the expiration date will be removed from your account automatically.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Fairness

All betpk casino games (slots, table games, video poker, etc.) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies to confirm compliance with industry standards. Game outcomes are determined purely by chance and cannot be influenced or predicted.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, betpk reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the original stake. Players will be notified of any game malfunctions that result in voided bets. betpk is not liable for losses incurred due to game malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or hardware failures on the player's end.

5.3 Betting Limits and Maximum Winnings

betpk imposes betting limits on certain games to manage risk and ensure platform sustainability. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game. Maximum winnings from a single bet or gaming session may be capped at ₱5,000,000 PHP unless otherwise stated in specific game rules. Progressive jackpot games are exempt from maximum winning caps and pay out the full jackpot amount displayed.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on betpk is governed by the official rules of each respective sport and the specific rules of the betting market. All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body. In the event of a match cancellation , postponement, abandonment, or any other circumstance that prevents the match from being completed, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Dead heat rules apply where applicable. betpk reserves the right to void bets placed on matches with obvious pricing errors or technical glitches.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

betpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and to treat online gaming as entertainment, not as a means of income. 6.2 Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Periods

Players may request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting betpk customer support. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to 6 months, during which your account will be temporarily suspended. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely. During any self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration specified.

6.3 Deposit Limits and Loss Limits

betpk offers deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) and loss limits to help players manage their spending. You can set or adjust these limits at any time through your account settings. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.

7. Intellectual Property and License

7.1 Ownership

All content on the betpk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game titles, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of betpk or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the betpk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content or software on the betpk platform without express written permission from betpk. Unauthorized use of betpk trademarks, logos, or branding is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

betpk respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable Philippine data protection regulations. 9. Limitation of Liability

betpk provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, betpk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. betpk is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or data resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues;
• Losses incurred due to unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of betpk services;
• Third-party payment processor errors, delays, or failures;
• Any disputes arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

In no event shall betpk's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your betpk account, transactions, or services, you must first contact betpk customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of betpk services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.3 Arbitration

For disputes involving amounts less than ₱500,000 PHP, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Arbitration decisions are final and binding and may not be appealed.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your betpk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees or outstanding obligations. Bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Termination by betpk

betpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or failure to complete KYC verification. In the event of account termination for cause, betpk may withhold any remaining funds pending investigation and resolution.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

betpk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the betpk website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Continued use of betpk services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you must cease using betpk services and close your account.

14. Severability

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the betpk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and betpk regarding your use of betpk services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
